Speakers or headset need to be connected to the computer
Devices have to be switched on
Volume may not be turned down (mute)
Steps
Provided you are connected to the internet, you should hear music shortly after this page opens...
Click on 'Stop' to end playback.
Chose the Speak-A-Message welcome message
Click on 'Play' Comment: Please make sure that the progress bar moves. Should you not be able to hear anything or the volume is too low, please slide the volume button to the right in order to increase the volume.
Press 'Stop' to end the playback.
Adjust the volume
With the button in the middle of the player you can adjust the volume.
The volume depends on the defined system volume of your computer..
Adjust the defined volume of your system by clicking on the symbol in the task bar on the lower right side of your screen.
You can also adjust the volume of your system in the area 'sound' in the control panel.
