Sending email:

• Click on 'Letter' symbol.
• Your email client will launch
• Add the recipients email address
• Send email.

This process changes if you use browser-based email.

Receive email:

• Double click on the audio attachment. This launches Speak-A-Message
• Click on 'Play' in order to listen to the message.

Alternative:

• Right-click on the attachment
• Chose 'Open with Speak-A-Message'.

If you use webmail please make sure to download the attachment to your hard disk before opening the file.

If recipients do not have Speak-A-Message

Everyone can listen to Speak-A-Message messages. Even if you do not yet have SAM installed. The same holds for attached skins. The voice messages are sent in the standard WMA audio format which is supported by every current Windows computer. The message can also be played back on most other operating systems (Linus, Apple OS-X) provided freely available drivers are installed.
