Integration in Microsoft Office

Speak-A-Messsage is integrated in the menu bar of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Therefore SAM voice comments are possible in these applications.

Microsoft Outlook

• Record voice message and attach to new email.
• Playback voice messages.

Microsoft PowerPoint

• Add voice comments.
• Pack presentation and comments in zip-archive and send by email.
• To listen to voice comments, SAM does not have to be installed.

Microsoft Word

• Add voice comments
• Navigate between voice comments.
• Save comment in Word document.
• To listen to the voice comments, SAM has to be installed.
